Terms of purchase and delivery

These terms of purchase and delivery apply to private individuals and when purchasing goods on rescuelife247.se with delivery in Sweden.
Ordering and payment
Rescuelife247.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop when it suits you. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. At the checkout, you can check that all the information is correct, such as the price of the item, the number of items and the shipping fee. You can only order goods that are in stock. Any shipping charges and discounts will be calculated before you are ready to pay.
Once you have registered your order and received an order confirmation, we are no longer able to cancel your order, especially during peak season. However, we always do our utmost to help you. Please contact our customer service for assistance with your case.
Delivery options
Your goods will be sent by Postnord and you can choose between delivery to your local postal agent or delivery directly to your door at your specified address. The normal delivery time to agents takes 1-2 business days. If you place your order before 12.00, we will send your package the same day. Home delivery with Postnord takes 1-3 business days. Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed before 12.00 the same day.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order with Rescuelife247, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided. There is no binding purchase agreement with Rescuelife247 until you have received the order confirmation. If you are a member of the Rescuelife247 customer club, you will always find your order confirmations/receipts under my pages.
Prices
All prices on Rescuelife247.se are inclusive of 25% VAT and in Swedish kronor. Prices are valid within Sweden. If an order has a shipping fee, this will be stated before a purchase is made.
We reserve the right for any price deviations, delivery errors, sold-out goods, printing errors, etc. due to human and technical errors as well as e.g. currency and tax changes.
Campaigns
Our promotional prices are valid for a limited time. Purchases made during Black Friday are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Due to the high load during an ongoing campaign, Rescuelife247 is not able to cancel orders that have already been placed. Any returns must be made after delivery.
Discount codes
Our discount codes are only valid for limited periods of time and may have special conditions attached to them. Codes may be restricted so that they can only be used in connection with certain products, categories or brands. Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted prices.
Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the checkout process, before you pay for the order. You cannot use a forgotten discount code once the order has been placed.
Unexpressed parcels
The parcel remains with the postal agent for 7 days from the date of arrival. After that, the parcel is returned to the sender. We reserve the right to charge the customer a shipping fee for a package not collected from the agent. The shipping fee (99 SEK) refers to the cost of return shipping.

The personal data you provide to Rescuelife247 is handled in accordance with the GDPR and with the utmost respect. With your consent, we use the information collected to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal information for the following purposes:

Limitation of liability
We do not accept any liability for delays/defects resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers.
We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product. Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Open purchase
Some products have a 14-day open purchase period in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The exception is customized products such as life buoys with text and logo.
Returns and right of withdrawal
If you need to return an item purchased at www.rescuelife247.se, you should register your case at www.rescuelife247.se/returns. Please note that the consumer is always responsible for the return shipping costs and ensures that the goods are properly packaged. The consumer is responsible for the package / goods until it is received by Rescuelife247. Therefore, always keep a receipt from the postman with the track number.
When buying from Watski, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day the consumer receives the goods. Should the consumer exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. The conditions for the right of withdrawal to apply are that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when the goods were received. If the goods have been assembled/installed/used, the right of withdrawal does not apply. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to PostNord within 14 days from the day you registered your return.
Lack of original packaging may lead to a write-off, so to be sure of a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging. Avoid the use of duct tape when resealing the packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
Should you receive a wrongly delivered item, you must send the item to us within a reasonable time and you will receive the correct item back. The incorrectly delivered item must be in unused and undamaged condition. We will send out the correct item as soon as possible, provided the product is in stock or expected to arrive within a reasonable time. Otherwise, we will refund the amount on your account.
Personally designed and specially ordered goods cannot be returned.
Refund of money
When we receive the goods, they are checked to ensure that everything is in order and the consumer receives a full refund within 14 days. This is provided that the return is registered on our website: https://www.resucelife247.se/returns. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or if you cannot prove that you have returned them. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used by the consumer for the purchase. For example, if the consumer paid by card, the amount will be returned to the payment card used.
NB:
The consumer may miss out on a full refund if the value of the goods has been affected because the goods are not in the same condition as when they were received. See the chapter on Returns and Cancellation above.
Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act and as a consumer you have a 3-year right of complaint. If you want to complain about an item purchased on Resquelife247, we refer you to our contact page for complaints: https://www.rescuelife247.se/reclamations. Register your order number and provide a brief description of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution proposal or a shipping note for the return. send a return number and a return label that is used to quickly handle your case when the goods have arrived at us.
If you want to start a claim, you must inform Rescuelife247 within a reasonable time after the defect in the goods is discovered. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.
If the complaint is justified, Rescuelife247 will of course refund the shipping costs incurred in sending the item to us. If not, you as a consumer will have to pay all transportation costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after investigation. Please remember that the item must always be sent in the correct packaging together with the receipt for delivery. The consumer is responsible for the package / goods until Rescuelife247. Therefore, save the delivery receipt with information about the track number.
This means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, money back or reduced price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement of Rescuelife247 that the complaint is justified and that the fault/damage to the item is not due to handling errors, normal wear and tear, modifications and misuse by the consumer.
In addition, we take into account the rules on complaints in the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
Please note that goods sent without postage are not accepted by Rescuelife247 .
If you have received the wrong products or products are missing from your package, please contact our customer service immediately, preferably with information about your order number and pictures of what you have received.
