On behalf of Örebro municipality, we have this week continued the replacement of the old and worn lifesaving posts at the pedestrian and bicycle paths along the Svartån. A lot of people move around here at all times of the day and night, and the lifesaving equipment has a very important preventive function to fulfill. It is a privilege for Örebro to have a watercourse that passes through the city center, with the opportunities for socializing and recreation that this creates. As Örebro municipality, it is exemplary to ensure that life-saving equipment is available to the public in the event of an accident.
