This week we have been installing lifesaving ladders in Lysekil municipality’s marina and along the new footbridge in Valbodalen. Life ladders with high handles and weights were installed along the footbridge. On the new floating dock, the lifeguard was mounted underhung. This model fits well here as the pier houses many boats that come and go. The underslung lifeline is mounted hanging under the support rail and is thus protected from boats and the risk of being run over. All mounted ladders were also marked with our reflective signs for best visibility.
