RETURNS

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure that the packaging is correct. The customer is responsible for the package/goods until they are received by Rescuelife247.

For goods purchased from Rescuelife247, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal applies if the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the return being registered.

If you receive an incorrect item, return it quickly to receive the correct item. Incorrect goods must be returned unused and undamaged, and the correct item will be sent once the return has been processed.
