  • Prices and payment

    Each item is quoted with price including Swedish VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

    Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method.

  • Return policy

    Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must make it clear that you change your mind. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the contract concerns a custom-made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal character, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we provide information.

    You do not have a right of withdrawal if:

    The service started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, such as a share, the product due to its nature cannot be returned, the seal is broken on audio or image recordings or computer programs. Seal also means technical sealing.

    Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

    You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

  • Service and warranties

    Fristad Plast provides 1-year warranty to corporate customers.

    The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change in the operation and appearance of the product, such as assembly, rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

    Before a warranty repair or replacement can be approved, we or one of our partners need to examine the product. If the product is not affected by a warranty defect, but a so-called handling error (includes incorrectly set product, damage due to negligence, etc.), we or the service center have the right to charge for the examination cost. Shipping costs and handling fees will apply.

    Note! The right to claim does not apply to acquisitions.

  • Private Policy

    When you place your order with us, you state your data. In connection with your registration and order, you consent to us storing and using your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You are entitled under the GDPR Act to receive the information that we have registered for you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.

  • Deliveries

    Delivery time and method will be presented to you in your offer and order confirmation.

  • Returns

    Returns are made at your own expense except if there is a defect or error from us. In the event of a return please contact us.

    Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you should:

    - if it concerns an item: please send or return it back to us.

    - if it concerns a service: keep the material available to us if it does not cause any inconvenience to you.

    Refund Obligation:

    If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, your message that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning replacement products.
